Carl Sagan, Pale Blue Dot, earth, poetry Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 3:39PM My 2 year anniversary is March 2nd and I thought I would write something (at the request of Mr Isbell and Karen). In these 2 years I met the love of my life, and adopted the 3 assholes in the morning and I am happier than I have ever been. I moved to Salt Lake City from Idaho Falls and was ecstatic for the opportunity for new friends as well as sad for leaving the old ones. I moved from the best apartment in the world to a nice one. I have had 5 jobs in that time, one in Idaho and 4 in Utah. Bethany went from DirecTV with me to being a payroll processor for a staffing agency and she makes way more money than I do and I like it. I had a bike stolen and then bought a new one, well at least new too me. I asked her to marry me in bed one night. Not a grand romantic gesture but that's the way we like it. We both knew we were going to marry each other and that we both wanted too and so we are.
